I agree that I have read and agree to the following information about the Elevate Recital 2021. I also agree that the listed student(s) is/are planning to participate in the recital. Because of ongoing COVID-19 precautions, we will split into different recitals by age—one for our youngest classes and another for everyone else. - Mini Recital - Ballet/Creative Combo, Ballet/Jazz Combo, Ballet/Tap/Jazz Combo classes - Main Recital - All other classes Note: We may also have to divide into 2 mini recitals and 2 main recitals based on restrictions for the number of audience members allowed. Here are some important dates to get on your calendar; all will be held at the Covey Center in Provo: Friday, June 4th - Morning: Contemporary Concert dress rehearsal (all Contemporary Company dancers) - Afternoon: Main recital dress rehearsal (all dancers except Ballet/Creative Combo, Ballet/Jazz Combo, and Ballet/Tap/Jazz Combo classes) - Evening: Contemporary Concert (all Contemporary Company dancers) Saturday, June 5th - Morning: Mini dress rehearsal and Recital(s) (Ballet/Creative Combo, Ballet/Jazz Combo, and Ballet/Tap/Jazz Combo classes) - Evening: Main Recital(s) (all dancers except Ballet/Creative Combo, Ballet/Jazz Combo, and Ballet/Tap/Jazz Combo classes) The following fees will be charged to your Dance Studio Pro account on March 1, 2021: - Recital Fee: $50 per student (includes 2 free tickets); $25 for each additional student in the same family (does not include 2 free tickets). If any extra tickets are available, they will be sold for $5/ticket. - Costume Fee: $65 per costume
