Amanda Colangelo began her dance training at the New England Dance Conservatory in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. In 2019 she earned her BFA from The Ohio State University with concentrations in contemporary performance and composition.

Ms. Colangelo has had the privilege of performing works by Ohad Naharin, Sidra Bell, Gregory Dolbashian, James Gregg, Kiki Lucas, and Eddie Taketa. She has attended workshops and intensives with the Peridance Capezio Center, Shen Wei Dance Arts, SALT Contemporary Dance, and Houston’s METdance.

Most recently, Ms. Colangelo moved to Utah to join SALT Dance's second company, SALT2, for their 2019-2020 season.
